Article 1 – Seller identity

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales made through the NAST Magazine website.

Article 2 – Purpose

These GTCS define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in connection with sales made via the website.

Any order implies full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 3 – Nature of the works

NAST is a publication dedicated to fine art nude photography.

Products may include:

  • printed books and magazines

  • limited editions

  • photographic prints

  • digital content

  • subscriptions

  • special or exclusive items

Visuals and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.
Slight differences in colors, formats or printing results may occur.

Article 4 – Legal age requirement

By placing an order, the customer declares that they:

  • are at least 18 years old

  • are legally allowed to purchase such content in their country

Any false declaration remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

Article 5 – Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Shipping costs and possible taxes are specified before payment.

The seller may change prices at any time, but orders are invoiced based on the rate displayed at checkout.

Article 6 – Order validation

An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • payment issues

  • inaccurate information

  • abusive behavior from the customer

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is due immediately.

No shipment or digital access will be provided until full payment has been received.

Article 8 – Shipping

Delivery times are estimates.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or blocks caused by:

  • carriers

  • postal services

  • customs authorities

  • or any event beyond the seller’s control

Import taxes and duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 – Unclaimed or refused parcels

If a parcel is:

  • refused

  • not collected from a pickup point

  • or returned due to an incorrect address

return and reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

No automatic refund will be issued.

Article 10 – Withdrawal right (physical goods)

Customers benefit from the legal withdrawal period of 14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • in perfect condition

  • unused

  • carefully protected

Any damaged, incomplete or used item may lead to refusal of refund.

Article 11 – Digital content

Digital files are supplied for strictly private and personal use.

Access to download constitutes immediate performance of the contract and waiver of the withdrawal right.

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • share

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • publish

  • resell

  • modify

  • or commercially exploit

any part of the content.

Article 12 – Copyright protection and specific prohibitions

All images published by NAST are protected by copyright.

Without written permission, the following are prohibited:

  • scanning or digitizing books

  • reproducing prints

  • uploading content to the internet or social media

  • making additional copies

  • any public or commercial use

The purchase of a product only grants ownership of the physical item or a private viewing right.

No distribution rights are transferred.

Article 13 – Photographic prints

Prints are intended for private use only.

They may not be reproduced or used for promotional or commercial purposes.

Article 14 – Subscriptions and member access

Benefits related to subscriptions are described on the relevant pages.

The seller may evolve contents, formats or publication frequency in order to improve the service.

Article 15 – Pre-orders and production

Some items are produced after ordering.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on:

  • printing

  • suppliers

  • logistics

Such variations do not constitute grounds for abusive cancellation.

Article 16 – Fraud and abuse prevention

The seller reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who have engaged in repeated abuse (unjustified disputes, downloading followed by refund requests, etc.).

Article 17 – Limitation of liability

The seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Article 18 – Personal data

Collected information is necessary for order processing.

Article 19 – Applicable law

These GTCS are governed by French law.
